We take great pride in using our experience, technology and contacts to prepare your home for sale whether downsizing, or moving to a senior community, be it an independent, assisted living or memory care facility.
As part of our listing package we project manage all aspects of listing the home such as downsizing, moving, landscapers, and estate sales. We meet with our trusted vendor community obtaining bids for getting the home ready for sale. Then finally, we list the home and secure the highest price in the shortest amount of time.
Through our connections with COPRA (Colorado Placement and Referral Service) we can also recommend certified partners to assist in finding that ideal senior community that meets your financial and medical requirements!

I opened Beesley Realty in 1999 with my husband, Ed Beesley, in the Buffalo Building on Lookout Mountain, launching Beesley Realty in Golden. The Beesley family are former 21 year residents of Genesee. I know first hand the amenities of our wonderful mountain community. and beyond.
